How Yoga Changed My Life

My friends and family know four things about me to be true.  I can’t sit still, I worry more than I should, I love to be active and I love to exercise and the faster I move the happier I am.

So, when someone suggested that Yoga would be good for me, my response was that while I love the yoga flows, the breathing, stillness and savasana was not for me. And, furthermore I insisted, I am not good at meditating, sitting still or abdominal breathing and I don’t enjoy it!

Get Rid of Nagging Back Pain Once and For All Part 1

It makes me crazy when I see a 30-year-old complain about back pain (and I see people complaining from 19-99) and blame it on getting older! It makes me crazy when I watch people, adults and kids, sit with forward heads and slumped shoulders then complain that their back hurts and talk about going to the Doctor. Ugh!
