Work out anywhere and anytime you want. Accessing your program is a breeze with my app. Simply log in and view your daily workout which tells you what exercises to do, how many reps to complete and how long to rest. Instructional videos are included so you know exactly how to perform each exercise.
Worried about having trouble with technology and using the app? No worries, I will hop on a Zoom call with you and get you set up and comfortable with the app.
I used my years of experience doing personal and corporate training, my experience as the Fitness Director at the Pritikin Longevity Center and master’s degree in exercise science to develop a comprehensive series of tests that can be performed in the comfort of your home.

Each month you’ll redo the back assessment tests. This is how we’ll track real, tangible progress. We’ll see how far you’ve come with alleviating back pain, gaining strength and moving with ease and I’ll tweak your exercise program for next month based on areas that need more attention.
Knowing what, when, and how much to eat can be confusing, and if you’re inconsistent you won’t know what works and what doesn’t. My plan includes an extensive evaluation of your current diet, likes and dislikes, and lifestyle. Then I, along with the licensed dietitians at Meal Garden, can create your personalized plan.
You can use the app to track your macro and micro nutrients or, if you prefer, you can keep track of your intake through MyFitnessPal or Fitbit and I can see what you are eating in real time.
Then there is my client’s favorite part, and a huge factor in their success, you will learn all about our yummy 10% cheat rule.
You’ll get grocery shopping lists and delicious recipes so healthy eating isn’t boring or overly restrictive. If you don’t have a lot of time to cook there are plenty of options that are ready in minutes, flavorful, and don’t require tons of ingredients.
Not only will I develop your program, but I’ll check in with you as often as you like so that you stay focused. Whether you prefer texts, emails, communication through the mobile app or phone calls, I’ve got you.
